Situated on the outskirts of Holsworthy, Providence Farm is an organic farm with a small shop.
Providence Farm has been organic since 1997. The farm is home to Pammy and Ritchie Riggs, Devon Red cattle, geese, ducks and chickens.
The farm shop is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm and supplies organic meat, milk and cream, eggs, vegetables, apple juice from West Lake and a wide range of Fairtrade and other ethical products.
Providence Farm supplies eggs to Natures Way and The Viaduct Cafe, both close by in Holsworthy.
Pammy writes for Country Smallholding Magazine and runs courses at Providence Farm. The farm has a small dispatch unit for small scale chicken preparation and courses on chicken dispatch and preparation are run though Devon Association of Smallholders (DASH).
